The short answer is: it depends upon the engagement. We will need access to just enough data to achieve the goals of the arrangement. Nothing more. And, we treat all data as confidential and secure it per your privacy and security policies.

How do we bill for services?

We typically work on a time and materials basis. We typically invoice monthly. We can work within your accounts receivable requirements.

Who owns the work products you produce?

If the work product is jointly created or is a defined deliverable, you own the work product. Templates, tools, or materials developed by us to create deliverables typically remain our Intellectual Property. We are very flexible; the specifics can be defined in the contract.
